If payment has already been collected for an order that we subsequently cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days.
Once an order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery typically takes 7–10 business days.

Where tracking is available, customers will receive tracking information after their order has been shipped.

Detailix offers a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, subject to the conditions stated in our Refund & Return Policy.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return or refund in accordance with that policy.
Our voluntary 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee is additional to, and does not replace or restrict, any statutory rights that may apply to consumers.
Where applicable, customers in the European Union or European Economic Area may also have statutory withdrawal rights for distance purchases. Any applicable statutory rights will be honored in accordance with the law.

Detailix is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce infrastructure that enables us to offer our Services.
However, purchases made through the Detailix store are made directly between the customer and Detailix.
Shopify is not the seller of the products offered by Detailix.
Your use of certain Shopify services may also be subject to Shopify's applicable terms and privacy policies.
This section reflects the distinction contained in Shopify's original template, which specifically states that purchases are made directly with the merchant rather than Shopify.
